PowerSafe Technology Corporation (PSFT.PK) subsidiary Amplification Technologies Inc. By operation of law, the delisting will become effective ten days after this filing. Accordingly, the last day for trading of Elron’s shares on NASDAQ is expected to be January 6, 2010.

Sprint Nextel Corp. (NYSE:S) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an amendment to the corporate bylaws allowing the record holders of shares representing at least 10 percent of all issued and outstanding common stock to call a special meeting of shareholders.
