Chipotle (NYSE: CMG  ) has been talking about a potential price hike for a while, but it hasn't touched menu prices in over a year. Meanwhile, competitors like Panera Bread (NASDAQ: PNRA  ) and McDonald's (NYSE: MCD  )  have boosted prices, giving a lift to both sales and profits.
