Time Warner TWX is also up in the morning and should earn 87 cents a share with revenue of $8.06 billion.

Late Tuesday, shares of Disney DIS slipped about 2% after the company said its fiscal first-quarter profit rose 12% on higher fees paid to its ESPN sports network and better results at its eponymous theme parks.
