As a business owner it is your managers that serve as your voice. They relay important information to all the employees throughout the company and they also serve as your eyes and ears when it comes to running your business. Due to their importance in the running of your business you have probably gone to great lengths to make sure that you have chosen only the very best of your employees for these positions.
